Comment Flows is a tool operated by Rodewijk E-commerce, Godfried Bomanslaan 16, 2371 HE Roelofarendsveen, Netherlands. Facebook Pages managed by Rodewijk E-commerce use it to reply to comments and to send you the Messenger messages you asked for by commenting.
What we collect
Only what Meta sends us when you interact with one of our Pages:
- Your Page-scoped ID and your name or first name, as provided by Meta
- The text and ID of your comment, and which post it was on
- The messages you send to the Page, and when you sent them
We do not collect your email address, phone number, location, friends or any other Facebook data.
Why we use it
To reply to your comment, send you the information you requested, send a limited number of follow-up messages within Meta's messaging rules, and avoid sending you the same messages twice. The legal basis is your own request (by commenting or messaging) and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Your data is processed by Meta (to deliver the messages) and stored by our hosting provider. Links in our messages may lead to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
- Message progress and your messages: deleted automatically 30 days after the conversation flow ends
- A record that you already received a flow, so you don't get it twice: deleted after 180 days
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Reply STOP in Messenger at any time to stop all automated messages. To have your data deleted, see Data deletion. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
